in which i almost fall in the pond

Tired of my many photo shoots? If that's a big YES I understand completely. You have my permission to close this post. If you love them as much as I do, then you've come to the right place.
Yesterday afternoon, my friend Lauren (go check out her blog, won't you?) and I walked down to the creek and park lands for a photo shoot.

I totally freaked out on the bridge. You can't tell but I was really afraid I was going to fall down to a painful death! I'm such a wuss.

Lauren was being silly : )

Ha. Yeah, that's me.

That was when I was desperately trying to balance. Yes...

And then we tried really hard to get a nice shot of the two of us (after we actually worked out how to put the camera on a timer, postition it properly, make sure it didn't fall off the bench etc.) I think it turned out alright in the end.

It was a fun, silly and difficult photo shoot.
And yes, I was that close to falling into the pond. But you know, that's me.

  3. Fun, fun, fun! :) Love it.

  4. I love these pictures!!! (: fantastic!!

  5. That looks like fun! I remember going to that park as a kid. I would ride my pink bike across the busy road and clatter across that bridge. We used to climb that big oak tree by the creek and every once in a while, we would search for tadpoles. :)

    Yeah, good memories.

    1. Really Briony? That is so neat. How lovely that you had so many memories there. We'll have to do a photo shoot down there or something soon...I'm sure you'd love to go back and see it again : )

  6. You both look very pretty! That is the same park I went to when I was little.
That is where I learn't to ride my bike (with no training wheels! A big day for me then!) It looks a lot different now...more houses (around that area) and the trees have grow a lot taller. Plus there is water! :) We used to have leaf and stick races in the creek.!

  7. That must have been SO much fun!
    You both look really beautiful!
And the scenery around is really nice, ideal for a photo shoot. (In my opinion.)
Please, please, please do more, I love reading the posts you do about them. (And all your other ones, of course.)
